Exchange Policy

You will be required to bring the product back to FitLion.Com @ our showroom in 20, Sin Ming Lane, #01-57/58/59, Midview City, Singapore 573968 for a one-to-one product exchange.

You may initiate a product exchange if:

  1. The product received is damaged or defective.
  2. You received a wrong product that you did not order.
  3. A consumable product that you ordered which has less than 6 months to expiry from date of purchase.

Product exchange claims must be filed within 48 hours from receiving the product (see below for instructions).

The product deemed for exchange must not be damaged due to negligence on your part. Also, the defective / wrong product must be returned in its original packaging and in a near brand-new condition. Any damage found on the product found to be incurred by you will deemed the product non exchangeable.

For consumable products, please check the expiry date before opening. Once opened, consumable products are non exchangeable (unless expired).
