Delivery Timings / Order Cut-off Timings

You may choose from any one of the following delivery time slots:

DAY DELIVERY: 9am - 12pm, 12pm - 3pm, 3pm - 6pm

 NIGHT DELIVERY: 6pm - 8pm, 8pm - 10pm

 SAME DAY DELIVERY is available for orders placed before 8am. Orders placed after 8am will only be able to select the NEXT WORKING DAY as the earliest date of delivery. 

Each delivery slot has a maximum delivery capacity of 22 orders. If you see slots being blocked during our normal operation timings, it means that the slot(s) has / have already reached its maximum capacity.

Orders received during the weekend ( from Saturday 8am till Sunday 12am ) can only be delivered on the following Monday onwards.

For Saturdays, only "Day Delivery" is available, and there will be no "Night Delivery". There will be no delivery at all on Sundays and public holidays.

* Kindly note that we are unable to fulfill requests to deliver at specific timings or shorter duration time slots within the chosen delivery time slots.

Failed Delivery

If your delivery fails to arrive within your stipulated delivery slot, follow the steps below to find out about the status of the delivery and arrange for a redelivery:

1)  Dial 91772934 to inform FitLion representative on the failed delivery
2)  Arrange for another delivery slot
